About River Edge
Our dental office is located in River Edge, NJ. River Edge is an old community built before the Revolutionary War although it wasn’t incorporated until 1894 as Riverside and then change to River Edge in 1930. River Edge is home to New Bridge Landing, the site where George Washington retreated after losing the Battle of New York. Washington’s strategic move to River Edge saved the Continental Army.
Not only is River Edge a historic site filled with tons of attractions, but it’s a great destination for shopping and close access to New York City.
How to Get Here
Our dental office is conveniently located less than an hour from LaGuardia and Newark Liberty airports. Both are major airports that serve most major airlines.

Our dental office is also easily accessible by train thanks to River Edge Station. River Edge Station, “New Bridge Landing” is served by the Pascack Valley Line which is accessible from Newark and Manhattan in less than an hour. View train options here.
Marlen Elite Dental Wellness is also located within a five-minute walk of the Kinderkamuck bus stop. The NJ Transit bus 165 stop is also located right outside our office. Patients can take a bus from New York City Port Authority to our office location.

What To Do
When you’re not getting your dental work, you can check out the nearby tourist attractions such as Steuben House. Steuben House was owned by the Zabriskie family during the Revolutionary War. The Zabriskie family remained loyal to the British and fled their home here in River Edge to Manhattan. The home was donated to Major General Baron Von Steuben as a reward. In 1928, the state of New Jersey purchased the home to maintain as a historic site.
Historic New Bridge Landing
See the Bridge that prevented the British from winning the Revolutionary War. The historic bridge gives you a look at life during the colonial days and allows you to walk the same path as brave soldiers during desperate hours when America was only a dream that felt unobtainable.
Bergen County Zoo
After finishing your historic tour, head over to Bergen County Zoo to a wide range of animals, exhibits, and shows. The zoo is also located next to trails and playgrounds in Van Saun County Park.
