Available Positions:

Position: Marketing Director

SUMMARY:

Provides marketing support to the leadership team to ensure aligned and effective marketing messaging, branding, and promotions support the company growth and excellent client experience. Oversees the marketing and sales operations for all practices and the supporting team, projects and process to achieve sales goals. Manages the Partnership Outreach Program to build relationships within the community. This is a creative position that requires excellent communication, vision, initiative, project management, design skills, branding, content creation, presentation skills, and the ability to lead on your own and lead others.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBLITIES

  • Manage the company’s brand integrity and Marketing Operations.
  • Represent the company through its partnerships within the community by managing the Partnership Program.
  • Manage the company’s social media content, platforms, and websites.
  • Create content for marketing, promotions, the customer experience, and company branding such as social media posts, video, print, and digital assets.
  • Oversee marketing and promotional campaigns such as advertising, SEO, Google ads, referral program, and the company Partnership Program.
  • Create content for the company email newsletter.
  • Work with the COO and the Patient Coordinators to support the customer experience.
  • Manage events and community outreach opportunities.
  • Manage reviews, patient before and after content, and testimonials.
  • Track results and monitor areas of opportunity, what’s working and what’s not working well for ROI.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Be able to manage deadlines and tasks independently while also working with the team.
  • Conduct work in compliance with Federal, State, and other regulations, (i.e. OSHA, HIPAA, ADA, etc.) and clinic policies and practices.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

LEADERSHP RESPONSIBILTIES

  • Manage your schedule, goals, objectives and report on your results.
  • Reports directly to the CEO and works in conjunction with the leadership team.
  • May involve coaching and mentoring other team members.

COMMUNITY OUTREACH AND EVENT PLANNING

  • Implement and manage the company’s new Partnership Program through building meaningful community relationships.
  • Manage the referral program and nurture client relationships.
  • Support community events.
  • Plan, implement and and support company events.

CONTENT MANAGEMENT

  • Create, curate, and manage all published content across platforms including graphics, video, images, and copy.
  • Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and campaigns.
  • Lead all things social media including but not limited to:
  • Uploading videos to YouTube with proper optimization and branding.
  • Crafting short summary blog posts of videos and post to my website.
  • Crafting and schedule social media posts and set up their automation.
  • Sending an email to my email list weekly through our CRM (of the blog post).
  • Optimizing by keywords and SEO specific to each platform.
  • Tracking all metrics.
  • Creating, managing, and scheduling appropriate social content using a content generation/scheduling tool.
  • Recycling/reposting/updating old blog posts on the website, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Creating customizable templates that can be used for multiple purposes.
  • Taking key notes from video and speaking engagements to use as social content including quotes, graphics, and video clips.

SOCIAL MEDIA

  • Engage with users on all platforms to build and nurture an engaged audience.
  • Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts.
  • Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.
  • Compile reports for management showing results (ROI).
  • Become an advocate for the company in other social media spaces, engaging in dialogue and answer questions where appropriate.
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network (replying to stories, personalized comments, taking conversations offline).
  • Post in-the-moment stories and create additional content for stories as needed.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
  • General copywriting/messaging/positioning (in brand voice).
  • General research online and documenting data/results.
  • Manage the company’s brand integrity.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements:

  • Loves all things social media and has a knack for interacting with people on different platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Strong work ethic and extreme attention to detail.
  • Has an interest in and is willing to learn content marketing including blogging Canva graphics creation, and SEO.
  • Ability to learn and write in the brand voice for social media and blog content.
  • Takes initiative and makes suggestions.
  • Be able to manage deadlines and tasks independently while also working with the team.
  • Does not need to be micromanaged and completes tasks in a timely manner.
  • Positive, supportive attitude, and excellent communication skills.
  • HIGHLY reliable and honest.

Qualifications:

  • Social Media Marketing experience including developing social media strategies.
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, and other social media best practices.
  • Comfortable working with SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Understanding of social media KPIs with the ability to measure the success of campaigns.
  • Excellent multitasking, leadership, and time management skills.
  • Great interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience working with and developing a marketing plan
  • Graphic design resources like Canva or the ability to manage a graphic designer.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Marketing referral programs, events and community outreach.

Education:

High School diploma or GED. Bachelor’s of Arts degree preferred. Must have at least 3 years of marketing, event planning, and social media experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Social media trends, apps, and technology
  • Graphic design resources like Canva or the ability to manage a graphic designer
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
  • Blogs and newsletter copy (templates, funnels, and content creation)

  • Hour/Salary/Benefits:
  • Full-time 36-40 hours per week. Hybrid schedule will be considered. Base hourly rate is between $30-$35/hour + commission, based on experience.

Position: Office Manager

SUMMARY:

Our state-of-the-art dental practice is looking for a practice manager to join us! We are looking for a practice manager help us to continue to grow! Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant working environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness and open communication. Your will be managing a growing office of around 10 employees with more on the way!

Ultimately, the practice manager should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation.

Position: Associate Dentist

SUMMARY:

Most Associate Jobs SUCK

Ours doesn’t. We are an incredible private practice that is growing and growing quickly. We are in need of an associate that can run an office, perform exceptional dentistry and will add value to our patients. Specialty dentistry is a plus for this associate along with being able to work independently. Lots of opportunity to be compensated well. We want the best for our patients. We are a referral-based practice with PPO insurance and fee for service patients accepted. Our office has modern technology, including digital xrays, Intraoral scanners, Cerec, 3D printer and CBCT. We do great dentistry and our patients reward us with their referrals of friends, family, and coworkers.

We are currently looking for an associate for three days a week, and we will fill this person up with patients almost immediately.
