This patient was unhappy with nearly every aspect of his smile. He felt they had an unnatural appearance. He disliked the uneven edges of his chipped teeth. He didn’t like their color and the staining of his teeth, nor did he like their shape. He was also unhappy with the red and puffy appearance of his sore gums. His teeth made him self-conscious, and he rarely smiled. We started by treating his gum disease, then found we could achieve the results he wanted with only four upper porcelain crowns. Now he’s happy with his smile.

Assel came in for cosmetic consultation. Being self-conscious of her teeth prevents her from smiling. Patient was not happy with the fact that she only showed her front teeth and wanted to widen her smile. Assel told us that she always dreamed of big, healthy smile. Patient went through comprehensive examination, digital smile design was performed. We talked to Assel about gum recountouring for more even smile and then very conservative porcelain veneers to enhance her smile. Temporary mock up veneers were placed and Assel smile evaluated. Patient lips, eyes, skin tone were taken into effect to make her veneers look natural. With ten veneers we were able to give Assel a wide and beautiful smile. Assel is thrilled with a new look and states that her new smile will give boost in her modeling career.

Natalie came to our office seeking to improve her smile. She was not happy with an overall shape of her teeth and also gap between her front teeth. Patient was interested in enhancing her smile with porcelain veneers. Extensive preparation and discussion went into creating a smile design that fits patient face, lips and personality. Ten minimally invasive veneers were prepared and inserted. Natalie is extremely happy with a result and told us that her new smile gave her more confidence to smile and be herself.

Patient came in complaining of bite issues, not having a comfortable bite and also headaches and sleep apnea. Patient was also interested in enhancing her smile. Marja went through bite rebuilding phase first through an orthotic therapy and then when she was comfortable with the way her teeth come together and relief of facial pain and headaches, Marja had porcelain veneers placed to give her a beautiful smile. Sleep Apnea was controlled through a oral sleep appliance.

Amina came to us complaining of TMJ pain, headaches and some facial, chin asymmetries. Amina also mentioned that she was not happy with the way her smile looked. A comprehensive exam and TMJ work up was performed and we determined that through severe grinding, Amina wore down her teeth significantly which caused bite changes that led to joint issues and the lower third of her face to become asymmetrical. We spoke to Amina and decided to go through the phases of treatment, where we started with a neuromuscular orthotic to rebuild her bite and help with her symptoms. Then a full mouth rehab was performed to restore her smile and improve her facial symmetry. Upon completion Amina couldn’t believe her eyes on what a transformation we were able to accomplish. Amina is thrilled with the results and can’t stop smiling.
