Patient was embarrassed to smile because of the appearance of his teeth. He had fractured front teeth, discolored teeth, and unhealthy gums. Front teeth were extracted. We replaced extracted teeth with dental implants, while many other teeth were restored with veneers and crowns to give him a new smile. He’s much happier with the health and beauty of his smile.

This patient was unhappy with nearly every aspect of his smile. He felt they had an unnatural appearance. He disliked the uneven edges of his chipped teeth. He didn’t like their color and the staining of his teeth, nor did he like their shape. He was also unhappy with the red and puffy appearance of his sore gums. His teeth made him self-conscious, and he rarely smiled. We started by treating his gum disease, then found we could achieve the results he wanted with only four upper porcelain crowns. Now he’s happy with his smile.

Orthodontic treatment can make your teeth straighter, but it doesn’t always make your smile as attractive as you want. This patient wasn’t happy with the appearance of her teeth after her treatment. Teeth were discolored and looked worn. All her upper teeth were restored with a combination of dental crowns and veneers. This brightened her teeth and gave them more attractive shapes. She loves her stunning new smile.

Patient had prior dental work he felt looked unnatural. He wanted to change virtually everything about his smile, which made him so self-conscious that he didn’t want to laugh or smile. His teeth were uneven, discolored, and small in some cases. He didn’t just want to improve the appearance of his smile: he wanted to improve his bite, too. He received full upper porcelain crowns. He loves the appearance and function of his new smile.

Patient was a tooth grinder, and she had worn down her teeth. She had missing teeth in both her upper and lower arches. She initially wanted all her teeth replaced, but we were able to retain her teeth. We placed porcelain crowns on some of her teeth. She received a partial denture for her upper arch to replace lost teeth. She also received a orthopedic appliance on her lower teeth to protect against grinding.

This patient had poor gum health. It resulted in the loss of several teeth. Remaining teeth were discolored and decayed. Our first priority was to protect his oral and overall health with gum disease treatment. Then we crafted upper porcelain restorations to restore his natural teeth and replace missing teeth. Now he’s much happier with the appearance of his smile, and his oral health is much better.

This patient was unhappy with the appearance of her smile. She had lost confidence in her smile and was beginning to isolate herself socially. She was unhappy with discolored and crooked teeth, including front teeth that were pushed forward. She had TMJ symptoms, including chronic headaches and facial pain. She didn’t want to do orthodontics as her previous dentist told her would be necessary. Her initial consultation calmed her fears and helped her feel very comfortable with the treatment plan. She decided she wanted to do the smile makeover. We gave patient full upper porcelain crowns and a lower orthopedic appliance. In addition to her new beautiful smile, the patient enjoys relief from facial pain and headaches.

Patient came in complaining of a loose front tooth. Patient stated that he is a severe grinder and slowly destroying all his teeth and besides not being able to chew properly he is embarrassed to smile. Proper diagnostic work up was performed and a treatment plan formulated. The front tooth was unfortunately not salvageable and had to be extracted. The patient was not interested in implants or partial dentures and we decided to go ahead with a crown and bridge work. Work was completed, bite adjusted and patient was finally able to function and smile without any hesitation.
